Postage and packaging
At this stage we send items within Australia only, via Australia Post. Delivery is FREE within Australia. Please note you may have to sign for delivery.
Delivery times
We send out orders as quickly as possible. Our aim is to dispatch your order the same day or next business day after it is placed, however, as our makeup is only made in small batches please allow up to 5 - 7 days for delivery. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is dispatched. If there will be a delay with delivery for any reason we will contact you.
Prices
All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST.
Methods of payment
We accept Pay Pal or Direct Deposit as methods of payment.
Direct Deposit payments - this allows you the option to deposit your payment into our account. Orders will be packed and sent once payment is in our account so please allow a little extra time to receive your order.
Pay Pal - is a secure method to pay for products online. Even if you don't have a Pay Pal account you can use your credit card through Pay Pal. If you have a Pay Pal account you will have the option to use your bank account, debit or credit card for payment.
Product Photos Disclaimer
Whilst we have made every effort to present photos of products depicting the correct colour, there may be some variation in shades due to varied technology.
Returns policy
We endeavour to check our products carefully before dispatch however should you receive a faulty item please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and we will happily exchange it for the same item and shade.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you receive your order and are not happy please contact us for an authorisation to return the unopened sealed goods for exchange or refund. Due to the nature of our products we only accept returns with the seal intact, together with paperwork, within 10 days of receiving them. Postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Disclaimer
Our products are of high quality and suitable for all skin types even sensitive skin, however there are exceptions to the rule as there may be an allergy to a natural substance, therefore, in the unlikely event that irritation occurs we suggest that you discontinue use immediately.
